Young’s Birthday Party Package
All parties require a minimum of 10 participants
(participant is any paid party guest) and 1 adult for every 5 children.
Each party package receives one adult free for every 5 participants.
Parties will be held in the Dairy Store unless otherwise requested.
Each birthday party will include party decorations, table service,
drinks, your choice of cup cakes and vanilla ice cream
(unless otherwise stated), goat food for all the guests and
a special Birthday t-shirt for the guest of honor.
** Cost for the Basic Birthday Package is $8.50 per child **

Policies and Guidelines 2009
Registration, Payment, and Cancellations
- Parties should be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance!
- Payment is due in full upon registration.
Party is NOT confirmed and booked until payment is received in full.
- All additional activities must be added
at least 2 days prior to the party.
- Major credit cards, checks and cash accepted.
Please pay at the Dairy Store Gift Shop.
- Cancellations 2 weeks prior to scheduled party date
will receive 100% refund.
Cancellation 1 week prior to scheduled party date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 6 days will receive no refund.
Arrival of Guest
- All guests should arrive promptly at the party’s scheduled time.
Parties are scheduled every 2 hours so it is important that parties start promptly.
- Guests arriving early by 15 minutes or more can freely walk around
the farm until their scheduled party time.
Late guest may miss certain party activities provided
by the birthday coordinator.
Miscellaneous
- Minimum group size 10 participants (participant is
any paid guest). Maximum group size is 20 participants.
(larger group sizes must be approved by management)
- Require 1 adult (free) for every 5 children.
- All party participants are the responsibility of the adult
patron
- Please be advised that certain dates are not available
due to Young’s special events.
- It is the responsibility of the patron to assist with the party when needed
Young’s Dairy Visit
- The birthday party experience may include several different activities.
Parents will receive passes for all the activities included in their package.
Birthday activity passes are only valid the day of the party.
- Birthday party coordinators are provided to make sure you have everything you need for a successful celebration.
Parents are responsible for discipline and maintaining order of the party.
Refunds
- NO refunds will be given for participants that
do not come the day of the party.
- You will receive Birthday Activity Passes for all activities for which you have paid (even if a guest doesn’t show) but remember they are only valid the day of your party.
Rain and Inclement Weather
- In the event of bad weather birthday parties may be rescheduled,
depending on availability, to a different date with a 2 hour notice.
This option is only available if it is snowing, raining or unseasonably cold.
- If you prefer not to reschedule, the party will be held in the Dairy Store dining room. You will be given rain checks for any outdoor activities for which you have paid. Rain checks will be good for 30 days from the date of the party.
